I really wanted to like this shirt because the design is genuinely cool, and at first I was happy with it. But then the fabric felt a lot thinner than I expected, and after just one wash the print already looked kind of faded. So yeah, I’m a little torn, it’s not terrible, but for the price I expected better. Kind of frustrating because the design is great, but the shirt itself doesn’t really back it up

Customer service was slow, and I’m kind of worn out from having to keep following up. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but support took longer than I expected and I didn’t really feel like things were moving along unless I checked in again.

I really like the cause behind this and wanted to support it. The site was okay, but the experience felt a little mixed overall. I did get the confirmation email/receipt, which was helpful, but I still left feeling unsure about the whole process...

My order came in with the right shirt and size, so that part was good, but one of the stickers I chose wasn’t the one I actually received. It wasn’t the biggest issue, but I can see how that might be frustrating for other customers too, especially if they’re ordering something specific. Shipping was decent and the shirt itself was fine. I just think orders should be checked a little more carefully before they go out

I went in expecting the usual routine of finding a design I liked, then realizing my size was sold out. But this time, it actually worked out. They had the exact design I wanted and in my size too, so I didn’t have to wait around or settle for something else. It was a small win, but i left happy

I placed my order and got the usual confirmation email, but after that it was basically just silence. I kept waiting for some kind of shipping update or even a quick note, and nothing really came through.
I emailed them a couple times and finally got a late response, but it didn’t really clear anything up. I don’t know, the whole thing just felt off and kind of stressful, like I had to keep pushing for basic info

It was okay overall, but I felt like the price was a little high for what you get. The value isn’t terrible, just not amazing either. I also expected the instructions to be clearer, since I had to figure out a few things on my own

I ordered from Arm The Animals and, the checkout part was totally fine. Like, no weird issues or anything confusing there, so that part was easy enough.

The shipping is where it got a little frustrating. It took longer than I expected, and while I did get updates, they felt kind of far apart, so I was just sitting there like... okay, is it moving or not?

The item did show up in good condition, so I’m glad about that. I just wish the shipping had been faster or at least a bit clearer along the way. Overall, probably a 3-star experience for me.

They felt comfortable when I first put them on, but after wearing them for a while they started to feel a bit tight. Also, the way the sizing info was presented kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve known better, which was a little annoying...

Uh, this ran way smaller than I expected. I’d definitely recommend sizing up if you’re thinking about getting it

I really liked this shirt when it first showed up. The design looked cool, the fit was fine, and I was happy with it at first.
But after just a few washes, the fabric started feeling thinner and the print began cracking way more than I expected. I don’t even dry it on high heat, so it’s annoying having to keep explaining that I actually did take care of it.

My order showed up in good shape with no dents or ripped packaging. The shirt was folded nicely and the bag was sealed, which I appreciated. I only took off one star because the outer mailer looked a little beat up, but everything inside was totally fine. A friend actually recommended I try ordering from here, and I’m glad I did.
